Looking inward with curiosity & compassion
I do this work because it brings my life purpose and joy. Helping others to explore their inner world with curiosity and compassion is my goal. I work to offer the space for exploration and the tools that allow for healing, insight, reflection and change.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker (LCSW) with over 15 years of practice in the field. I have extensive experience working with: addiction and substance use, PTSD and trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, LGBTQ+ communities, exposure to racism or colonialism, coping with life’s changes, managing stress and finding meaning in one's life.
Together, we will work to reveal the root causes of your suffering and difficulties, explore tools and inner strengths that will allow you to manage life experiences and to provide insight and healing, so that you may move towards a life full of meaning and hope.
A little about me, I enjoy time in nature, traveling, political activism, rescuing animals, creating art, going to festivals, decorating my home and gardening. I practice mindfulness and compassion meditations and have a strong interest in the metaphysical and spiritual world.
